The call to Tuscany…Deep in the dust, scattered throughout the rolling curves of Tuscany, is the buried wisdom of nature and the memory of the earth supporting and nurturing humanity. Against this intensely beautiful setting you will reconnect with your innate being and achieve a bone deep confidence in actualizing the existence you were meant to live. You have been gifted a powerful feminine wisdom, and at any moment you can awaken it at will. When that happens, you awaken to the limitless potentials, but can also feel overwhelmed by their magnitude. You may feel a chasm between the reality of life and the possibilities you sense for yourself. Maybe you reach for change, but are feeling:
- Excited by breakthroughs, but dismayed when a pattern resurfaces
- Too exhausted to make progress, depleted by life’s demands
- Unsupported and alone, despite having good friends in your life
- Frustrated and confused by the gap between reality and the dream
- Awaken her personal power and gain a direct line to her intuition
- Understand and clear karmic patterns and baggage, making space for new possibilities and potential
- Connect more deeply with her spirit self and pure feminine energy
What you will experience…Day 1, we arrive at Podere Patrignone, a working organic olive farm estate located in the famous Chianti, Tuscany region. Each guest will be checked in to her own room+bath, in either the Villa or one of the apartments, and then have free time to become acquainted with the property. That night, we will gather to connect with one another and ground ourselves for the week’s journey, kicking off with a Prosecco toast at sunset on the outdoor terrace looking over the Tuscany valley, followed by a delicious 4-course homemade meal. The first two full days focus on releasing karmic “sludge,” clearing a path and making space for drawing upon intuition and wisdom. Day 2 opens with optional movement (typically yoga) + meditation. This practice will be available every morning during our time together, followed by an amazing breakfast bar of homemade baked goods and local fare. We then begin our journey, starting with an exploration of karmic lessons and healing. We learn the differences between karma and dharma, and delve into recognizing negative karmic cycles, programs and patterns, as well as understanding strengths and powers that we may be underutilizing. Day 3 will move into actively clearing away karmic patterns and relationships that are no longer beneficial, and calling in our innate strengths to this lifetime. Throughout the retreat, we will support our learning by connecting with the earth and water offerings of the gorgeous land we’ll be staying on. Light lunches are served both days at Patrignone — one will also include a private olive oil tasting with Patrignone’s entertaining owner, Simon! Later each day, we will venture out to historical Tuscan cities, including the famous medieval walled town San Gimignano, and the nearby Castellina in Chianti. There will be time to explore these quaint towns, followed by authentic Italian dinners. Mid-week, we transition from the deep clearing work to calling in our power, by engaging in a day of adventure and integration. Day 4 begins with a fun, light workshop to meet your spirit guide or power animal, calling in an energetic ally who can help you claim your wisdom. We then head to one of Italy’s loveliest medieval cities, Siena. Our visit is on the famous weekly market day, a massive street market selling everything under the (Tuscan) sun. You will have time to explore the market, as well as participate in a guided tour of the Siena sights. After lunch in Siena and a last peek at the market on our way out, we travel to Setriolo, a small family-run winery. At the winery, there will be a private tour and wine tasting with the winemaker, Susanna, and possibly the opportunity to spend time in the vineyards. A light dinner will be served back at Patrignone, with a quiet evening to relax after a long day. The last two full days focus on claiming our natural feminine intuition, our “womb wisdom.” Day 5, we start with the differences between mind intelligence and heart or womb intelligence, and how to actively use the womb to connect with intuition in a powerful way. In the afternoon, we visit a spa reserved exclusively for our group, located in an ancient grotto under one of the medieval towns, Radda in Chianti. Here we meditate and relax further into this womb energy and body intuition. The spa experience will be followed by a quick wander around Radda plus dinner in town, before returning to Patrignone. Day 6 is where it all comes together. We engage in a fun creative practice for connecting to womb energy, as well as going more deeply into understanding this innate power and how to work with it to find our truth. The afternoon will be a relaxed integration of learning with some optional activities such as a hike to castle ruins in the nearby forest. Our last night together will be celebrated with an unforgettable Tuscan banquet, and then we will end with ritual and practice to return home with what has been gained throughout the week. Day 7 will close with final morning movement, meditation and breakfast, and a last gathering for hugs and good-byes before we head out, whether to airports or other travel destinations.
Throughout the retreat, we will also use daily energetic practices.
Each day, we will practice clearing chakras to connect with our higher self and energy, providing a clear foundation on which to do this rich work. We will also engage in intuitive journaling practices, using art, dreamwork and writing to support the experience. And, as we explore Tuscany, we will practice integrating the recognition of patterns and the use of intuitive wisdom into daily activity.
There will also be a limited number of private sessions available for one-on-one karmic or other healing work with Debby, for an additional cost. These sessions will be booked at the retreat, as time permits.
